Why fleets fall through the cracks
Your drivers can buy HGS tags at any PTT branch with their passport and vehicle registration. That part works. What does not work is seeing all of those tags from one place. Each tag is a separate PTT account with its own balance and its own portal. There is no fleet view, no combined query, and no alerting across vehicles.
Vehicles without a tag are invisible entirely: subcontractor trucks, customer-rented cars, foreign-registered plates. Violations on those plates are recorded against the plate, not a tag account, and there is no Turkish-side tool that lets you monitor them.
