What is a credit? How is it used?
A credit is the query currency on your HGS Borç Sorgulama account. Every new violation query for a plate deducts 1 credit. Listing plates, viewing vehicle details, and re-opening past query results are free.

What happens if I run out of credits?
New violation queries require credits, so they will fail until you top up. Past query results stay readable. To keep things automatic, enable auto top-up so credits are added when your balance drops below a threshold you set.
Can I use web credits in the mobile app?
Yes. Credits live on your account, not the platform. Buy on web, use on mobile, or vice versa.
Why are App Store prices higher?
App stores require in-app purchases to go through their own payment systems and charge up to 30% in platform fees. Web payments use standard processors with much lower fees, so the same pack costs less on the web.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Every web payment generates an invoice automatically, available from the Billing page in your panel.
Are taxes included?
Prices shown are the amount you pay. Any applicable taxes are calculated and applied at checkout based on your location.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support for unused credits. Spent credits are non-refundable.
